The Global Fair started very proactive on Tuesday, it convened different social institutions and organizations that visit us at the Likandes Educative Parkof the Caserta Foundationto know social impact projects and the reality of each one of the Concausa generation team.
In the 18 stands, young people shared their initiative issue and how the communities they work with are, their objectives, and how they are developing the different activities to improve and enhance the reality they decided to change.
Between the guests, Haidi Ullman from ECLACFrancisca Cortés Solari, president of Caserta Foundation; Daniela Tejada, teenager involvement coordinator of UNICEF Chile, visited us. We also received representatives from Ciencia joven, Girls in tech, Pana, Ronda, Fútbol más, Compañía de María, Ashoka, Movimiento Mundial por la Infancia, and America Solidaria.
The fair ended with a big celebration at the big top, where with Paz Quintana, the songwriter of our official song, everybody dance and sing out loud “Rebelde Concausa”.
On the afternoon, we shared the last management and development project workshop; where we worked on how to communicate our initiatives to mobilize and influence on social transformation. Then, we participated on a SDG and how our projects address the 2030 Agenda workshop with UNICEF.
At night, we went to the hills to live a changing experience: the fire ritual, were the Concausa generation reaffirmed their commitment as agents of change leaders, followed by an internal work that allowed us mobilized trust, personal balance, and teamwork to face challenges.
The Concausa leaders keep working to enforce their projects and explore their entrepreneurial spirit. We still have a lot of things to learn at the continental meeting!
