Who wants to participate with a poverty overcoming Project have until next July 20 to do it.
Due to the increasing of postulations during the last days, the organizers of the Latin America CONCAUSA announced the extension of the deadline for the ones who wants to participate at this second version of the event that in 2016 received more than 240 proposals.
Concausa is an initiative of America Solidaria, Eclac, and Unicef with the support of Caserta Foundation and the sponsorship of Preuniversitario Pedro de Valdivia. It convenes young people aged between 15 and 17 that are developing child poverty overcoming projects following the 17 SDG of the Agenda 2030 of the United Nations.
The postulations will be received until next July 20 at 23:59 (time of Chile). Last year included projects like a Skaters school, integral sexual education app, early child stimulation, nutrition, collaborative orchards, ecological recuperation plans, among others.
The process will be online through the following link http://participa.concausa2030.comwhere the registration form is available. Interested groups should also submit a video of up to 3 minutes explaining their idea and what impact it has on their community.
The chosen will travel to Santiago, Chile on November of this year to participate in some learning activities that will end with a seminary at the Eclac headsquare where they will show their initiatives.
