We visit the marine reserve and enjoyed the beach!

November 30, 2017 In News

Wednesday started with a nutritive breakfast to charge energies, say goodbye of the camp at the Educative Park Likandes , and go to Las Cruceswhere we visit the marine station of the Pontifical Catholic University and its reserve.

We were received with a talk about the importance of the sea, flora, and fauna caring, and the sustainable exploitation of its natural resources. We worked with the SDGlinked with this and had the opportunity to experiment and know about some species the investigation center work with.

The tutors had a workspace: they participated in a Latin America Center of Learning and Solidary Service (CLAYSS, for its Spanish initials)workshop that traveled from Argentina to participate in their formative proposal.

After eating in front of the sea, we enjoy a free time in Las Crucesbeach where we put our feet under water to relax them, play football, and built sand castles.

At sunset, we went to Santiago to stay at Padre Hurtado House where we will stay for two days, to keep working and learning new tools to present the projects at ECLAC.

We are still at full throttle living the Concausa Continental Meeting!
